Cub River
#6
Good to know that the river is occasionally fickle for others too. Since it was so low I was wondering if many of the fish moved downstream to deeper holes. I wasn't seeing even any small young of the year fish. It doesn't help that I was there in the middle of a bright sunny day either, but I gotta fish when the chance is there. I loved the hike and the country. I will be back!

Good advice on the stealth approach. I have many "combat crawl" fishing hours behind me. I am about the only person I have ever seen that fishes in camo with kneepads! [laugh][laugh][crazy] (I love Harbor Freight's cheep kneepads. They are light, and I don't get too upset when I lose one in the willows! [Tongue])
