Hey guys I have a few questions about bass fishing at Floyd Lamb park.
Hours
I see that the Summer hours are 8am - 8pm. I have been there twice this month and arrived at about 7:15am - 7:30am and both times it seemed like people have already been fishing for a while. What is the earliest you are allowed to fish? I thought it was 8am but it seems like people start fishing alot earlier than that.
Fee
Both times i got there, no one was in the booth. I put my $6 each time in the little box. Someone told me that if its just me by myself its only a $1? I am not sure how true it is but i wanted to confirm it if it is. I will pay my fee what ever it is but i just want to be sure it is the right amount.
Bass
Which is the best pond for bass? I was able to catch a 2.5 lb bass in the big pond couple days ago. I had someone told me the 2nd to the biggest pond is the best for bass while someone else told me the smallest pond?
If anyone can give me any info or advice on which pond to focus on I would appreciate it. I went there this morning with limited time and I also live very far and would like to make the best out of my trips out there.
