Hey leaky, I feel your pain. My best friend and 10 year companion Buddy has the exact same thing but he also will have small seizures that only last for 30 seconds or so. The vet told us the same thing execise but also to start giving him Cosiquin DS, This is a pill that will help with his joints and losen him up. Just don't get it from the vet. Go online and you can get it for half. Since Buddy started taking this we have seen a 100% improvement in just 2 week. He will probably need to be on it the rest of his life but it is worth it. Just Google Cosiquin DS and it will tell you all about it. We buy ours from Petco's web sight. Its way more expensive at the store. Best luck and wishes for Sparky I know how you feel.
