Awesome. Even though Panguitch north is a pinch more expensive to camp in it is worth it 100% IMO just for the paved roads and "nice" restrooms.
I see Utah is now on a 100% camp fire ban right now. Did that get you or did that go into effect after you left?
You really got into the Rainbows. 3 out of 4 (Maybe closer to 4 out of 5) when we were there were Cutthroats. The RB's certainly fight better and after cooking one of each my daughter thought the RB tasted just a pinch better to her. But I do think the Cutthroats are prettier/sleeker/cooler looking fish if one was just out to catch, release and enjoy.
You must have a swivel when using just about any lure or your line will get twisted bad. I use the more expensive swivels with bearings to help ensure line twist is at a minimum. My dad has commented on some of the lures he uses in Montana that he uses 2 swivels to help with line twist.
