Question About Anchors

What a drunk d*ck!!!!!!!! I remember I was shore fishing at govt wash once and a few mexican families were having a big party in a cove I liked to fish (before it sunk a last month), as I walked back I saw that the whole cove was filled with floating egg/milk cartons, beer cans, little gatorade bottles and pieces of those foam coolers. I was so pissed off. It must be a cultural thing, but good god man...it looked like some 3rd world shore. Poor lake mead.
