I don't know anything about the Bear Creek Greenbelt ponds. I used to flyfish Bear Creek itself from about where C-470 crosses it up to above the town of Evergreen. Cool little stream. Runoff here is still going on, but it may drop by the time you get here.
Bear Creek is a really special little creek. Please mash down your barbs.
The regulations for Bear Creek are:
