Thanks for posting the follow up. I was wondering what happened.
I don't feel bad for the guy at all. At no point does it sound like he is taking any responsibility for his own error. Just a bunch of sour grapes.
and, he wouldn't be putting himself in the position of "frivolous lawsuits" if he took the time to proof-read.
it's probably better for everyone if this dude doesn't organize more derbies. Leave that up to someone who knows what they're doing. [
