I agree wholeheartedly! Whenever I see any of our military personnel in uniform, I go to them and offer my hand and a thank you. Try it, it'll surprise you how a little act like that brightens most of then up.

It still Saddens me to the core when I recall how shabbily our servicemen were treated during the Vietnam conflict.
