[cool] Hey fishfather, I used to fish avidly off of Venice and Santa Monica piers. I remember when the catch was still edible and plentiful. They had just started to post signs like that around 82' and people were shocked. Others had disbelief. I havn't fished out of there for close to ten years now since all you can generally see in teh water is floating trash from the LA river and some of its other trubutaries. Thanks for the heads up I'm sure that many will benifit from it.
