Only way I think we get rid of Allthe carp is to let the water users drain it dry. Kill everything. Start from scratch. Yea the carp will return like said, when gunnison drains, but maybe there will be a better balance with whatever species are determined to be put back in the fresh empty lake. When its almost dry go collect spawning class pike, make sure they are not sick and use them at lee Kay to make a steril pike or musky hybrid. Add a some walleye, perch, bluegill, crappy and maybe wipers to the mix and ya got yourself a possible balance of number controllable predators(wiper,tiger musky) one species of uncontrollable predator(walleye). And multiple types of sustainable forage fish. It could be like a hybrid lake of Willard and pineveiw.
