The Feds was the ones that in a way put the shad in Powell by way of the SanJuan...So how would the the DWR handle the bucket...
It seems that when the DWR does not want to plant fish they seem to say the Feds are stopping them, but how in less then two years can gizzard shad be from Hite to the dam and in good numbers???
And maybe the SanJuan runs to Yuba as well...

All I am trying to say is a lake needs food to have a good fishery... How that gets done is up to us and the DWR...

Our fishing and what we have is up to us, the DWR works for us...
