]Best shot from land... for bass would be at the Hot Hole at Duke Energy on Lake Keowee. I have never fished from the bank there but always see people fishing from the bank. This time of year the bass pile up in the hot hole. It is most always off limits during fishing tournaments. Small mouth will be on Lake Jocasee... do not know about bank fishing there. But I know there are some huge smallmouth and Largemouth in there.
Catfish... any upstate lake. Not a crappie fisherman so no help there. Good luck.
