Fishley has got a good point, but there's really nothing to do about it.
The cow hunt I put in for every year is held during the rutt. It's nice to get in close to the bulls and hear them screaming the whole hunt. It's also nice not dealing with snow and only wearing a light jacket.
I have always thought it would be terrible gutting a cow with an embrio inside, I don't think I could do that. I like the rutt hunt better. [
