10 of us went out on the ice today. We had 6 vex's between us. 4 fl 8's 1 fl 12 and 1 fl 20. They all worked flawlessly. None had an advantage over the others. We fished in 12 to 40 feet of water. Other than the added bells and whistles of the 12 and 20, they did not produce any more results than the 8. I think it is a matter of what you are used to. In fact, the guys with the 8's out fished the guys with the newer vex's.
