sounds like you enjoyed tour fredom to its fullest extent, we went out yesterday but we didnt head out till after the storm passed. about 2 in the pm side of the ticker.
I did all the catching yesterday, my buddy stood gard over the equipment when the big fish started rolling in and the crowd gathered round to see the bohemouths. (I do mean rolling in lol. as carp tend to do when they come in for the kill)
we had a good steady wind yesterday, good enough for trolling up river. 15 20 mile an hour and steady all day after the 70 mile an hour winds died down. The winds kept blowing in the weeds and our lines back in to shore.
I did not see any tubers on the lake, but I did see every other kind of boat afloat.
