which size system X .. :-).. seriously though.. I can pack four to five large boxes in there.. plus tools and line and etc.. but because it slings over your shoulder the load is seems to be more balanced... if you dont like it on your side.. slide it around to your back.. it also has a thin waist strap that helps to keep it snug to your hip/waist.. keeps things snug.. lol..
