I really don't see how it could have happened either unless he forgot to set his parking brake.
I saw a guy at Willard a few years ago that backed his boat out into the water and forgot to set his parking break. Just as he got out the truck, it slipped out of gear and before he could get back in, water was running through the doors[
]. What a bummer, for him.
