Another time while still working for EAL we were taking a break in the employees room while waiting for an inbound flight to refuel. As the door to the room opened this gentleman walks in add asks "where do I pickup my bags?" While he may have known his way around a TV stage Ed Sullivan was lost on our ramp system. I am not that big a person physically at just 5'9'' but I towered over him. Oh yea I escorted him to the baggage claim area.[/size][/#008000][/font]
