Thanks for great report. I thought that I was the only one that kind of stuff happen too on all most every tubing trip.For example, I was fishing Steinaker in the Basin last Sunday.I got in the water at first light ans started to make my way over to the old inlets. I was having some luck for Large Mouth bass using some plastics in the shallow flats. I worked the first inlet and got three bass. I kicked my way over to the other inlet and started to work it also. I was near the back of the inlet. I floating dowm the middle casting to both side when I heard a boat coming up from behind. It stopped started casting. I guess they thought that I was in their way because started chucking big bass jigs and spinnerbaits over in frout of me. I turn around to have some words with them when they thought they needed to leave, gunned the outboard and left me bouncing in their wake. The fishing shut right down after that. Why do people need to do stuff like that.In 2hours I caught 9 bass smallest was 9 and largest was 19". It turned out to be a O.K. day.
