I had to tell my wife that "in some ways fishing is like golfing," you have to have the right club for the right situation. I used this excuse for my first 3 fly-rods. Now that I'm getting into spinning stuff I'll have to pull out the reasons why I "need" another rod.
All in all, she has been extremely patient for one that does not fish . . . yet.
Nice setup TD! I would be like a kid in a candy store with all those tying materials there. With this new house, I will have at least a place to put all of my tying stuff. More importantly, I'll have a place to keep my 'toon locked and loaded at all times. Currently, the frame is in at least 3 pieces with the bladders deflated, all in my "storage area" aka the trunk of my car. With me being that close to the lake, locked and loaded at all times, I'll just have to strap the toon up on the roof for the 5 minute drive to the lake or river[angelic].
I'm so excited!!!!!
