Silver Lake is on my "to do" list, just never seem to have the time. I have a hard enough time getting away for a few hours of fishing here and there so a hike really cuts into the fishing time. All the more reason to just bite the bullet and take a day off work I guess. Has anyone ever hauled a float tube up there? How long and difficult of a hike is it?
