Tibble fork is up American Fork Canyon. Take the left hand turn a few miles past Timp Caves. It's a very small reservoir but fine for toon and tubes. I'd suggest avoid the weekend as it gets very crowded this time of year. It's $6 to get into AF Canyon now same as Mirror Lake.
