Not sure what ISOL means, but there is a trailer supply store on Redwood and about 3900 S. Something like State trailer supply or State Street trailer. I was in there for work the other day and they really have a lot of stuff like that. I broke a leaf spring last year and I ended up getting one from the trailer manufacturer. I've got a metalcraft trailer and they are built locally. A lot of boat manufacturers ship the boats and then pair them with a local trailer to save on shipping costs. You might look into who the trailer manufacturer is and contact them directly.
