Here in Utah just up Parleys Canyon is Little Dell reservoir with large bonneville cuttthroats in there. It is catch and release, but when you get one on they are fun. It is a mear five minutes from SLC, the only problem is it is a watershed for a large amount of people in the valley and it has been closed and doesnt expect to open soon due to security reasons.
