What California Boat for White Seabass in March?

I personally think the Phantom will have the most for the year. They are already off to an awesome start and will do good this season. They have had a great start with a few limits of the sea bass, which I believe are the only ones to do this, this season.
I think that the Truline also has a good chance but they are more of a yellow and tuna boat.
