I vote with Emu Scud!!!! Pound for pound, the lowly blue gill, especially out of Pelican is the king!!!! Can you imagine a 3 lb or 20 lb blue gill???? Can't argue with Tube Dude but for fresh water it's the blue gill!!! His body design is perfect to resist fighting him side ways. And he doesn't stop even full of parasites!! Leave it to me to throw out a divergent/unpopular opinion. Both the Wiper and small mouth are up there but they fight differently and have good body design.
