It is not going to track as well as a pontoon. I think on still water it will take more to move it cause it is leaving such a large footprint.
I think the price is very high also, but I guess the Navigator II is up there. The Navi comes to a point in the back like the H3, Fat Cats, and even ODC. This cuts through the water better. You do move backwards, but you really want to while fishing.
Not a bad boat however, will pack up small like the tubes mentioned so that is really not an advantage. The only advantage is it is row-able like the Navi II.
Keep in mind, NFO tubes and toons sell for a lot less than posted at shows. You just got to decide and have someone pick it up for you and mail it.
