I like the dead minnow tails tipped on my tear drop jigs,,
them is respectable crappie, you dont want nothing under 9 inches but 10 inchers makes a nice fillet..
that looks like a faily new pond so having a monster pike may not feasable just yet... it takes about 10 years for to grow a monster..
pike can become stunded as well if they get over crowded in a pond, not enough food to go around.. some lakes in michigan have developed that problem so the state changed size limits on those lakes to no minum size to help reduce the numbers a bit...
you may want to invest in to a 50 pound bag of Lake Fish Food.. and if you can get a couple ice fishing buddies to invest you can get 150-200 pounds of lake fish food and fatten up them gills and crappie come summer time...
just be vary quiet about doing it, you dont want your feeding location getting out... and deffenantly you will want to keep non residents who are not on the feeding program off the lake as well...
you will be suprized what a supplemental feeding will do for the quality of your fish... and since there are no chemicals in the fish food you dont have to wory about eating any growth hormones like you do with store bought cow and chicken and turkey
