You are correct, I am....On the FLY FISHING boards. I fly fish so I do not use treble hooks, in fact my hooks have no barbs period.
I felt I needed to go back and read the original post (which I mentioned in my first post that I did not, but was just answering this one)
I will admit, I hate to see any blood on a fish that is being released. I agree with Mojo, that if you got to get the picture, at least wash away the blood. Again, people seem to think that just because the fish swims off, it is okay....not true.
My lack of knowledge on the first post that was locked down was a mistake on my part.
When I posted the last portion about not like the way a person gets bashed for holding a proud moment fish wrong for a picture does not include the red effect.
The term A-hole might have been too strong, but I have my personal reason. It was not directed to anyone in particular.
