i fish in Brooklyn, and we catch live bunker to use as bait for blues, like mentioned above me try cast into the school of bunker, using a treble hook (bought at your local tackle shop) try to snag the bunker, and reel it in. then just hook the bunker onto another rod you will use for livelining, let the drag loose. and doing this you should catch some blues
