If you have ever tried to pick something off a wet surface, where the water has totally wet both items and created a vacuum seal, you know how hard it is to break that vacuum. Add to that some good old fashioned adhesive properties and you should have a winner.
The suggestion to have everything well measured, cut and prepared, before gluing, is always good advice. I've proven that to myself on a few projects, in which I thought I would have enough time to work with the adhesive before it set, and then ended up having to redo a project that stuck in the wrong place or the wrong position...permanantly.
Too bad that stuff won't work on relationships...or marriages. But then again, it might produce the same results as tieing two cats together and hanging them over a line. Mind you, I have never personally done that. But, I heard tell....
