I had the same experience as BMURR on the ice at Oneida. I have tried the river below the dam with one good trip catching three rainbows and two small mouth in 1.5 hrs. and today I fished for two hr.s with no fish to show. I talked to a couple fly fisherman just below the bridge in the Narrows that had no luck.
