idahopanfish: I was fishing for Kokanee last Sunday and there were a lot right in Lime Creek. With your kick boat and electric motor you could put in right after you cross the bridge at Lime Creek, you can't miss the campers. If you have a GPS set your speed at 1.5 mph that seemed to be what they wanted. If you have leaded line fish it but only out 2-4 colors. If you don't have leaded line and no downriggers get your self some of those snap on weights that are put out by North Shore Tackle. They come in a plastic box with different size weights. I would start out with a Double Whammey red beads and silver blade to a rubber snubber to a Bolo with the Hallo Graphic blades and of course "Shoe Peg Corn" with red food coloring and anise or shrimp attractant. If your fishing mono let out about 20 feet of line then place a snap weight on. I would start out with a 1/2 oz. then go bigger from there. Then run this rig out 75-100 feet and start trolling. This set up trolled 1.5 mph produced very well last Sunday. I alo caught them on Apex #1 lures in orange, red, and green. There was also a lot of fish out at the mouth of Lime Creek. I found the Shoe Peg corn at Albertson here in Hailey. Good Luck to ya and let us know how ya did.[cool]
