I was using my underwater camera when we were fishing and noticed that when the splake came threw the tigers were with them. So the splake and tigers are hanging out together and the ones I saw were all about the same size. Occasionally a larger trout would be with them but most of the ones I saw or caught were 7 to 9 inches. I guess the smaller splake and tigers are the ones that we were catching with bait and the larger fish are eating the smaller fish. I would think by now a few of the larger splake would be showing up but very few people are saying they are catching them. Do you know if the DWR have caught many over 12 inches in their gill net surveys? WH2
