I put in for the michigan elk permit but was not suscessfull in the draw.

I will be spending a little time white tail hunting and posibly a little time squril & rabbit hunting while wating for the water to stiffen up.

good luck... elk are not the easyest critter to hunt. exiclent hearing and smelling sences more than makes up for thier slow movements... not to mention the realy big ones are smarter than white tail trophies.
