I was out yesterday morning.

fishing on a privet lake in oakland county producing a dozen crappies couple smal gills and cisco.

the ice is about 4-6 inches, cristle clear and you can see the bottom down to 12 feet.

make sure you test the ice before you get on. and check it often on your way out to your spot.
