Blue Mesa Question?
#26
All this just shows how bad the disaster of wildlife needs an overhaul. It's time the PEOPLE had final say over all management decisions, which is the way it's supposed to be. All they do is ignore us and blow us off like we are nothing. When the truth is most experienced anglers know more about fish than the biologists. Many of the biologists couldn't be more wrong about fish.
For Blue Mesa not to have a trophy rainbow population is inexcusable. It's simply because they manage it for catchables rather than big, adult trout that it could produce if only managed correctly.
