PALESTINE Water lightly stained; 80-86 degrees; 0.57' low. Black bass are fair early and late on topwaters, midday switching to Carolina-rigs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and bloodbait. Bream are fair on crickets. Hybrid striper and white bass are fair to good trolling crankbaits and Rat-L-Traps.
PROCTOR Water clear; 80 degrees; 0.22' high. Black bass are fair on dark, heavy jigs. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on minnows and silver spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
RAY HUBBARD Water fairly clear; 81-86 degrees; 0.73' low. Black bass are fair on buzzbaits and flukes early and late, midday switching to Carolina-rigged french fries. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs around bridge columns. White bass and hybrid striper are fair on live shad, and TailHummers. Catfish are fair on prepared baits.
RAY ROBERTS Water off color; 82-85 degrees; normal pool. Black bass are good on chartreuse/blue deep diving crankbaits around the Corps of Engineers brushpiles and humps in 12 - 18 feet. White bass are good along the flats just outside of Johnson Branch. Crappie are good around the timber by Wolf Island in the Isle Du Boise channel. Catfish are slow.

Black bass are good on chartreuse pepper or cotton candy Carolina-rigged Exude Poc'it fries on main lake, secondary points, and pond dams in deep water around Hickey Island and Magic Tree Hump. Texas-rigged Exude worms in plum are producing small bass in numbers around boat docks. White bass and hybrid striper are fair on white/chartreuse TailHummers and chartreuse slabs on main lake humps around Hickey Island. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs in the creeks around timber in front of Oak Cove Mariana and Crab Creek. Catfish are good on live perch fished off the main creek channels and flats.
