I copied this from the F&G website http://fishandgame.idaho.gov/fish/tournaments
Cache Valley, Bass Glendale Reservoir, Glendale Boat Ramp, May 29, 05:30/16:00, 40p/20b, catch and release

I don't know anything beyond this. I only keep on top of these things so I know when I need to avoid fishing somewhere.
