How to fish Colorado<br><br><br>jbarizona,<br>To start with you live in a beautiful area with many sites of interest not to mention the many bodies of waters, though they may be called reservoirs there is no shortage on places to fish. <br><br>Here are a few parks you may want to look into.<br><br>1)…Prospect Lake – <br>Take E. Pike Ave to S. Union Blvd. (Turn south) go to Prospect dr. (Choose a good one even they cost a little more money they are cheaper in the long run because they will hold up much longer that the cheapies)<br><br><B>Anything from a #6 hook to a #5.0 hook</B><br> <B>Bait</B> – anything from a worm to a minnow to a crawdad.<br><B>Lures</B> - my favorite are the “Black Gitterbug” “3-4 inch Silver Repalla” “#6 Rustertail”<br><br>To tie lures to your line I use a Barrel Swivel then a 4-foot leader then I tie my lure on using a polymer Knot. (Knot instructions available when buying your lures and line)(this will also show you how to tie your hooks)<br><br><B>Where to fish</B> - on the drop-offs - near Lillie pads – over tops of weed beds – and boat ramps.
