teaching kids the rules of fishing

Hey mateo, When I was over there the other day one of that ladys kids had that boat out on the water with an electric motor on it. Well that is a no-no. When I ws there yesterday all of her boats were gone. I wonder if something was said about the boats.We haven't got anything out of there since that storm hit last weekend.
