The Parks & Recs folks finally found enough time to update the list of State Parks that are open to all. Three parks were added to the 'Open To All' list today at 1:09 PM. Deer Creek, Jordanelle, & Wasatch Mountain State Parks were added to the 'Open To All' list. Here is a list of the 9 remaining State Parks that are still only open to 'County Residents Only'.
- Dead Horse Point State Park – Open to Grand & San Juan County Residents Only
- Echo State Park – Open to Summit County Residents Only
- Goblin Valley State Park – Open to Emery County Residents Only
- Green River State Park and Golf Course – Open to Emery County Residents Only
- Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park – Open to Summit County Residents Only
- Huntington State Park – Open to Emery County Residents Only
- Millsite State Park – Open to Emery County Residents Only
- Rockport State Park – Open to Summit County Residents Only
- Scofield State Park – Open to Carbon & Utah County Residents Only
