I am NOT throwing any stones at you Randy, but that is just one more example of "I saw it on the Internet, so it must be true." And in this case it simply isn't true. There is nothing in any of the Governor's directives that prohibits non-residents of Utah to come here for any activity as long as they follow the guidelines set forth in the directives. There are some Utah counties that are prohibiting anybody not a resident of the county from doing anything in that county other than passing through, but that is it to the best of my knowledge.
Ask the person on the other forum to show you a VALID source for that incorrect information. Come on back and fish ANY of the open to all State Parks.
