California Anglers Fail To Reopen California Marine Preserve

I knew they were not going to allow it. I heard the Coastal Commision and other groups were involved. These groups have alot of power too.

If they actually preserve fishing and allow the species to increase in numbers I agree. But I thought that is why you can only fish certain species during certain times of the year? To preserve them, etc
