Thanks Curt for the update.

I'm glad that I was able to guide you to KSL Investigates. It would have been great if we could have had Gephart get involved before his leaving KUTV in addition to KSL. The more investigation the better when it is the little man vs the city.

I'm surprised at Brigham saying that they didn't tell Mantua to start ticketing. Hopefully KSL will bring out all the facts to the public. This is a lot of trouble for humble fishermen that only wanted a place to park. It seems to me that it could have all been prevented by having signs that simply stated" No Parking anywhere on Dike" placed at all entrances to the dike. Once again it has become necessary to publicly shame Mantua into not creating money gathering plots to bring money to their city.
