Yes, I saw those other signs but since the only ones I saw were right by the signs with the arrows that pointed toward each other, I just thought they were put there to enforce the other signs and meant no parking on each side of the road. As I said before it's confusing, why even have the signs pointing toward each other, if you can't park along the entire length of the dike. As I drove out that day, I looked along the road, there were signs here are there but not evenly spaced but when I can in, the first thing in the morning, I never even noticed those signs.
