Barney is at it again at Mantua

I hate to have bad news, but when I was there on Sun, I looked closely and there is a sign just to the east of the two signs pointing toward each other which has arrows going in both directions. That would cover legally the entire dike since the arrows point infinitely both east and west on the same sign. I decided not to chance it and I asked the officer who just happened to be patrolling the dike to clarify and he said it was not legal to park but it wasn't being enforced yet so he told me that on that day, it was ok to park just not anywhere near the signs. He said any day now if Brigham city officials mandate that they have to enforce it, they will start ticketing. So i guess they started ticketing tues. I parked monday with no issue. So likely you will have to pay the fine. I feel bad for you. You totally should do Gephart! That guy can make miracles happen.
