Yeah Forest you’re right for sure it was barely touching. I wish I’d seen when I was taking the pictures so I could have adjusted it’s lay or pinched it’s tail so it crossed better. I thought it was good when I was shooting the pictures but a little wiggle of the fish can change what the camera sees. I should have built the bump board wider so the spikes will fit in belly down, the fish look bigger when you see those big ole heads.
I’m afraid the weather is on the way so I don’t know if the cats will play or not this weekend. But it’s always fun to try unless it’s too wet and miserable. Good luck if you come and I think the cats are in the sloughs so the river is probably slow fishing now. Later J
