Well I hit the water last Wednesday with a full moon and water temps at low 60's. Hoped for the best, but they opened the dams up north for the hurricane runoff two weeks ago so river was up 1 1/2 ft. Just high enough to push the bass into the swamps. current was at 3 knots so I was fishing Vandam style. Gave up after a short time.[
] I put the boat away for the winter months and will start again in March when the bite picks up. Y'all have a great Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas. Hope this sight picks up some in 2019. [cool]
