[#0000FF]I got your PM and as I replied, you can have an entire 10' damaged mono cast net...with the weights, throw rope, etc. That should help you reverse engineer your own creation.

As I also suggested, your first effort is likely to be too large for everything except small carp and large chubs. Most of us who throw a cast net for minnows prefer 3/8 or 1/4 inch mesh size.

I have never made a net from scratch, but I have had to repair several over the years. Repairing is hard enough. I would never invest the time and work into trying to make one myself.
